Our story has always been shaped by the places that moved us mountain peaks, island shores, and now, the quiet shimmer of a lake in Oregon. Each home we’ve opened to travelers has marked a chapter in our journey, but this one began with something different: a feeling.
On our first visit to Tenmile Lake, the world seemed to slow. The water glowed silver in the morning light, the pines whispered along the shoreline, and a kind of peaceful magic settled in gentle, grounding, and impossible to ignore. It reminded us of the things we cherish most: adventure balanced with calm, discovery matched with comfort, and the joy of welcoming others into spaces that feel like little worlds of their own.
We knew then that this lakeside home was meant to be part of our story.
